*The Thin Blue Line Flag is made to order. Like all of our work, this flag is made with passion and pride. Our goal, is that you would feel that same pride, when your flag is being displayed.

The Thin Blue Line Flag is handcrafted from start to finish. Each flag starts, by cutting our select pine into the correct sizes, for the stripes. Next, we use a variety of chisels to carve and create a textured look on each section. When done, we strategically char portions of the flag, then stain black, leaving some areas natural. They are then glued and clamped together. Once dried, we start creating the stars for the union. Each star is hand carved using a chisel and rotary tool. After the flag is finished, we create a natural wood frame around it, adding accent with metal antique, brass tack nails. The entire piece of art is given a protective satin finish. This is a beautiful, solid work of art, weighing about 25 Lbs..

Each flag comes with saw tooth brackets attached and drywall anchors and screws for easy hanging.
