Hand Carved American Military Flag, Rustic Wooden Flag (43" X 24.5")

The Soldier Flag is made to order. Like all of our work, this flag is made with passion and pride. Our goal, is that you would feel that same pride, when your flag is being displayed. The Soldier Flag is handcrafted from start to finish. Each flag starts by cutting our select pine into the correct sizes for the stripes. Next, we use a variety of chisels to carve and create an aged-textured look on each section. When done, we strategically char portions of the flag, then stain army green and black. They are then glued and clamped together. Once dried, we start creating the stars for the union. Each star is hand carved using a chisel and rotary tool, then stained black. After the flag is finished, we create a frame with an aged-vintage look, by applying a dark walnut stain and accented with metal antique brass tack nails. The entire piece of art is given a protective satin finish. This is a beautiful, solid work of art, weighing about 25 Lbs..

Each flag comes with saw tooth brackets attached and drywall anchors and screws for easy hanging.
